    Vintage Description:

    Bright green-yellow, silver reflections, delicate, persistent mousse. Delicately nutty meadow herbs, fine yellow tropical fruit, vineyard peach, candied orange zest.     Vinification:

    The musts were fermented exclusively in stainless steel tanks, as Laurent-Perrier is careful to prevent any contact with oxygen in order to protect the floral aromas. 40% reserve wines were added to the cuvée before being bottled with the Liqueur de Tirage (yeast-sugar mixture) for a second fermentation. ​

    A careful selection of Chardonnay grapes from vineyards in the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Oiry, Chouilly) and the Montagne de Reims (Tours-sur-Marne, Villers-Marmery, Rilly La Montagne). ​
