All red wines are harvested with great precision, with each vineyard parcel picked separately according to its specific terroir. The grapes are vinified and matured individually. After 14 to 16 months of ageing, wines that stand out for their exceptional quality are selected for the Reserve blend. Unlike the estate’s other cuvées, this decision is not made through technical blending trials, but rather by intuition and experience. Merlot usually forms the backbone of the blend, complemented by Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Cabernet Sauvignon. The final wine is then matured for an additional year, spending around 30 months in oak barrels in total.country:
